SPORT & PERFORMANCE

Mental performance training helps you show up the way you know you’re capable of, especially under pressure. Using practical, evidence-based strategies grounded in sport psychology and neuroscience, this work focuses on cutting through overthinking, managing performance anxiety, and building the confidence and focus needed to perform consistently in high-demand moments. Designed for athletes, students, professionals, and high performers seeking short-term, goal-driven support, the emphasis is on action—how you practice, respond to mistakes, and execute with clarity, confidence, and self-trust when it matters most.
4 individual sessions (50 minutes each)
Used within 6 weeks
Foundations Support is designed for short-term, focused work around a specific performance concern. This option gives us enough time to clarify goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical mental skills you can apply right away. The emphasis is on momentum—creating solid traction.
This level of support is ideal if you want structure, direction, and tools to help you perform more consistently under pressure.

Foundations Support
8 individual sessions (50 minutes each)
Used within 12 weeks
One consultation call with a coach, parent, partner, or medical provider (as appropriate)
Applied Performance Support builds on the Foundations level by expanding beyond the individual. This package is designed for situations where performance is shaped by context—coaching dynamics, injury recovery, training environments, or decisions that involve other people.
Along with skill development, we focus on integration: aligning strategies with your environment and improving communication with key supports when helpful

Applied Performance Support
10 individual sessions (50 minutes each)
Used within 16 weeks
Up to two consultation calls with relevant supports
Brief between-session check-ins (email or text)
Integrated Performance Support offers the highest level of continuity for complex or high-stakes performance situations. This allows for deeper skill refinement, pressure-testing strategies over time, and adjusting approaches as circumstances evolve.
This option is well suited for athletes and professionals navigating extended injury recovery, career transitions, or demanding environments where consistency and support over time matter—but where open-ended therapy isn’t the primary goal.
