Build the inner game
Mental performance training helps you show up the way you know you’re capable of—especially when the pressure is on. This work focuses on cutting through overthinking, managing performance anxiety, and building the confidence and focus needed to perform more consistently in high-demand moments, whether that’s in sport, school, work, or life.
The approach is practical, evidence-based, and skills-focused. We use sport psychology and neuroscience to identify what’s getting in the way and develop strategies you can apply immediately. The goal isn’t to change who you are—it’s to help you execute with clarity, confidence, and self-trust when it matters most.

What Makes Cadence Counseling & Performance Unique
Performance work and mental health counseling aren’t opposites—they just do different things.
Many people start with performance-focused support because it feels more approachable and concrete. If along the way it becomes clear that deeper therapy would be helpful, we’ll talk it through and decide together what makes the most sense.
The best part? You don’t have to start over or find someone new—we can likely transition right into it without missing a beat. The goal is simple: making sure you’re getting support that actually helps.
You get performance expertise and clinical depth—without having to choose between them.
